Infographics and Infomercials

How and where will the Infographics and Infomercials be displayed at the conference?

The e-posters, Infographics and Infomercials will be displayed on large touchscreens in the exhibition hall. The screens will display a rolling slideshow of all e-posters, Infographics and Infomercials, and will have interactive menus with options to find and view individual items. On each day of the conference the e-posters, Infographics and Infomercials can be viewed on any of the interactive touchscreens and within the event app.

What format specifications do I need to be aware of?

Infographics

Please prepare your Infographics in accordance with the below specifications:
  • Aspect Ratio: Design your poster for a 16:9 landscape orientation, optimized for screen viewing. This is the standard widescreen format used for most modern displays, 1920 width x 1080 height pixels, 3840 width x 2160 height pixels.
  • File Format: Please convert PowerPoints and PDF files, to PNG or JPG before uploading, Use a high-resolution as small type may not be easily read, the poster system does allow for zooming, so high resolution images would be best, 4k would be good 3840 width x 2160 height pixels.

Infomercials

  • You presentation should be saved as a video and we’ll upload to Vimeo
  • Please use resolution 1920×1080, 1080p and encoding mp4, 16:9 Landscape.
